A more advanced search can be performed using the 8 NHS research databases to find articles on specific topics of your choosing. Access these databases  through the NHS Evidence website.  You will need an Athens password to use this resource. 

Two guides are available to help you conduct a search on these databases: a quick guide and a longer comprehensive guide. However, we recommend arranging a training session with one of our Librarians to learn how to perform thorough, efficient and relevant searches on the NHS databases and manage your results.  Please refer to our training page for more details.
